Each morning write down 3 things you want to accomplish for the day.

Examples could be:

  • making a nice dinner
  • doing 3 loads of wash/dry/fold
  • finding something you have been looking for
  • cleaning out the front closet
  • calling a friend or relative

At the end of the day, cross-off what you got done and feel great about your accomplishments -no matter how small.

Didn’t get all 3 done? Then do those the next day, but make a good effort to finish all 3. If this becomes too easy, add on to your list.
